I'm listening and there are also some other correspondents listening but can't hear you. So if you are calling then there must be something wrong with your setup. Did you hear anyone ?

Planetarius: the program I was talking about on the radio is:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.waze
But still don't throw away your CB because it's growing slowly stronger and stronger here. Most CB base station users (23FM) are working on day time and they will be on the air at evenings.
Some of the old timers might not know englist so well so they don't answer but as you said you also know estonian language a bit, so I recoment to call in estonian language and then transfer to english :)

Hello,

I wonder what is your equipment setup e.g what is your frequency for CH23.
Could there be the case of different Euro channeling type?
For quick look

Depends on where you purchased your rig, it could be using different channel grid from what is used in Estonia.
Can you check if it is EU or not?

P.S For traffic conditions and congestions use Waze. Also available in AppStore :)

Well, i found the reason of my problems.
My car runs a very specific electronic module that, even when not operating, produces interference around the same frequencies as the CB radio.
The radio is EU, the car is US...
A new module is on the way from the US and within a few days i should have it fixed...
Huge thanks to all of you who took time to look into my problem and tried to help...

Regarding the Waze app, i am trying it out, and surely useful inside town, I'm not so sure if it will be the same on the road, as it uses data connection all the time, and while in roaming for sure it will be an expensive way to get info.

And yes, I'm not getting rid of my radio. Although its a shame that in Estonia CB is not as popular among drivers, it is still hugely useful on the road, and even on a emergency case, where networks may be down.
