This might interest some of You OM's in Estonia and possibly in neighbouring countries too. Today, on the 19th of September 2009 at 1700z (i.e. 20.00 local time) on CB ch 4 AM there are number of Finnish CB stations activating the (more or less spontanious) AM-net. Hopefully the signals will reach corresponding stations' antennas - in additon to the neighbourhood consumer electronics. Most certainly some folks here will get their "Worked All Neighbourhood TV's" award.
Also, according to the link below, there is more or less active AM net on monday evenings at 1800z (i.e. 21.00 local time) on CB ch 17 AM

Hopefully there are some skip conditions present this evening. At least some stations on our southern coast should be audible in Estonia.
By the way, in last few days I have had number of nice night time CW QSO's around Central Europe on 10 m band with my mobile rig. This despite some folks say the 10 m band is nowadays dead. NEVER SAY DIE.
